How do I set my Password?

In your confirmation email you'll have received a link to set a password for the 'personalise my visit' area of the website.

Please follow the link in your confirmation email and the instructions on screen. Once you've set your password, you'll be able to log in using the booking email address and the password you've set via the "log in" link on the home page.

Alternatively, head over to the "log in" page and click on "forgotten password" to set a new password, or send us a message and we can reset it for you.

Please note, our 'Personalise My Visit' page will not be available until later in the year.
