What is Personalise My Visit?

Our ‘Personalise My Visit’ portal is part of the website that you can… well… personalise your visit!

This is where you can:

Add Magical Extras to your booking

Purchase Jingles to spend in the Elven Village

Move your booking date / time

Add extra tickets to your booking

Personalise your visit to Father Christmas.

Instructions for Personalising Your Visit

  • You’ll need the link we sent you in an email. On your first visit you will need to set a password (Even if you made one last year)
  • You will need to use the email address you used to book (the one we've sent this email to).
  • If you forget your password it can be reset via the website - click on 'Personalise My Visit' in the menu options, and at the log-in screen click 'Forgotten password'
  • Additional tickets can only be added to a booking subject to availability.
